You have produced a great show, but don't let the recent accolades cloud the creativity and uniqueness of the show since its inception. Focus on the show's content instead of "retooling" the opening credit's closeups. The changes were not subtle, very selective, and a little self-serving. Keep your eye on the ball instead, and develop the great characters and plots further. Don't end up a shooting star. Thanks.

Your personal life (as "reported" by such reputable sources as the "internet") seems to be the total package-- turbo career, husband, child, etc. In contrast, Liz Lemon is constantly in turmoil over the unidimensional nature of her life and her inability to balance work and a personal life.
Is this something that was a big issue for you in the past? Is it a conscious comment-- albeit a hilarious one in terms of its consequences-- on the double bind that women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s find themselves in the US today?

It was great seeing him again. 30 Rock is great. Alec Baldwin is funny as hell. I think you could have used Jerry better though. the storyline was pretty good, but you guys are far to creative to have dropped the ball with this guest star. One of the things that got me to watch the show last season was Baldwin's goofy smile during the intro. It made me laugh every week, set the tone and was perfect for the character he plays. On the premiere tonight, alas, that was the one thing in the intro credits that was changed and I was bummed! It's the little things...put it back, please! The show was great tonight and I'm looking forward to another fun season.

tina, how do you get really good at imitating people, and preforming? whenever i try either, if it's acting, i go really fast, with no eye contact. and i just cant imitate anyone. my best talent is writing, though i'm sure that goes for anyone else writing on this blog.

weird as it is, but my improve instructer said after i told him how you answered the blog for the season finale, he said that if i got you to say i've seen sasquach on Late Night with conan o brien, i could teach the class for a week, and how awsome would it sound anyways that you have seen sasquach?

How would you explain the success of 30Rock, the side splitting humor and outstanding wit, when so much of the show is made up of SNL alumni? Face it; SNL hasn’t been really successful over the past 20 years. Makes me wonder how you can take pretty much the same ingredients that made SNL, yet create a five star meal. Also, will you be telling America just how much you love this country on Fox and Friends anytime soon?

I love the show and I am so thrilled that it is back! I have no questions, I just wanted to tell NBC they made the right decision. 30 Rock is one of the reasons I bother to watch broadcast TV.

I'm wondering if, at age 27, it's too late to start considering a career in comedy - or, if you can think of an occupation that might suit a lawyer with a funny streak.

How do you come up with your "get list" for who to bring on the show? You have had such diverse guests as Ghostface Killa, Wil Arnett and now Jerry Seinfeld, what makes someone a "right fit" in your mind?
How can we get prints of the posters for "Who Dat Ninga?" [sic] and "Fat Bitch"? They are hysterical, and I have scoured the internet trying to find those prints!! NBC needs to market those! And how about one for "Jefferson"? That would be awesome.

Tina, I saw your interview on Leno recently where you talked about the kombucha you have been drinking and the tongue-curlingly bad taste associated with it (along with the alcohol from the fermentation process being perhaps a flawed on-the-job plan).
