I haven't been back to Chicago in a long time, but I do love it there. My favorite place is the Athenian Room on Webster.

soooooo yeah i think i have this figured out now,
all i had to do was turn of the cryogenic chamber that i keep george burns in, the strange part is that his cigar is still burning, anyway i'm a steady fan of all things smart and funny, and you exude those things, so coo toes (not actually knowing how to spell that)
, keep on writting and creating cause i get bored very easily, and you can only watch A&E for so long before you start quoting 'Murder she wrote'
please if you can hear this give me a sign, just not a burning bush or anything in neon, i mean it's just tacky

Loved the opening. Love your character doing the things that I wish I'd do! Would love to see Maya or Amy make a cameo. Jimmy should play a cast member on the 'Girlie Show' who just isnt funny, you all could look at him like he's crazy. Look forward to next week, thanks so much.
Jimmy should be a bike messenger who is an aspiring comedian hanging around the studio or a creepy but funny casting couch- casting director.

I heard some stupid people the other day saying Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip was twice as good as your show, because they are 60 and you guys are 30. I think you should turn the tables on them and market your show like a lite beer, i.e. fewer calories, tastes better.

Will you be doing any ASSSSCAT or other improv shows at UCB now that Sunday isn't your only day off? I've only been to one ASSSSCAT show (it was a birthday gift) and it was amazing! I wished you'd be there but apparently every regular at ASSSSCAT was "at Bill Hader's wedding."

Hi Tina,
I found the show to be somewhat entertaining but also offensive. I find that Tracy Morgan and his crew of course were shown in a poor light and forget about how Black women were portrayed. I find that in your work African-Americans are often depicted as either as angry, unintelligent, or indolent; basically the stereotypical image that most Americans have of Black people. For example, the Black students in Mean Girls actually had a subtitle as “mean” or “angry”(I don’t particularly remember). I find that for such an intelligent and progressive person, as many believe you to be, you are seemingly insensitive about how you portray your Black characters. It would be great if you could steer clear of stereotypes and deliver more refreshing and thought-provoking work.
With the abundance of shows based in NYC, did you give any thought to basing it in Chicago intead?

What does Alice think of the show?
Don’t ask me why, but I loved it when you played one of Bush’s daughters. Definitely one of the best bits, ever.
I’d also like to note I thought Mean Girls was an awesome flick. Back in the day when a friend dragged me to see it I thought it would be another whiney teeny bopper flick, but it would up being a near masterpiece.
So here’s a question, why Alec Baldwin?
Also, maybe there could be a bit with the Seinfeld cast some day? Since it’s a show about a show, this would be a fake reunion on a fake show within a show.
Just some thoughts anyhow, keep up the good scribing.
